There's one common theme that shows up over and over in emails, blog posts, Ask campaigns and phone calls. Year after year, it's always the same. But I don't think I ever realized the extent of what you were asking for, until now. Do you know what I'm talking about?

You want a short cut, not just a process, but a short cut for the system, a short cut for the program, the Cliff notes of the book, you want the magic pill.

Poof, it's done.

Actually, now that I'm writing this I can think of a couple Internet marketing things I'd like that magic pill for myself, but I've never found one and I don't believe it really exists.

I'm not saying it's an inherently bad thing to want it boiled down to the barest of effort, to almost eliminate the learning curve. I know it's not that you're lazy. I get that you're totally and frustratingly overwhelmed. There's way too much information and too many offers and too many programs that say you can't live without this new and improved tool that will instantly transform your business.

In very few instances that may be true.

But it's not always possible. Most of the time there is some level of work on your part and a learning curve involved. How much time, money and effort will vary depending on what you're doing and also to a certain extent what level of success you choose to achieve.

You do consciously or sub-consciously choose your level of success by choosing your level of commitment and the level of education you decide to buy. Yes, I said buy, because most high level education that leads to lasting success is something you buy. From a $7 report to a $100,000 a year mentoring program. You choose.

I understand your financial ability plays a role in what you buy, but you need to understand that your financial situation will rarely shift on it's own without you taking a leap of faith and possibly putting something on a credit card, or a few credit cards. In the first 2 years I was learning this business I built up quite a library of resource that helped me grow and I was initially putting out a lot more money than I was taking in. I took a leap of faith. Without doing that I don't believe I would be where I am today.

Most people need more to be successful than just one quick fix and thats what Ive been thinking about the last few days. Ive been asking myself how can I put together all the different pieces I teach into a cohesive package that delivers exactly what you need.

So I've laid all the piece out here for you. If you think there's one you need right now grab it and run with it.

There are 4 areas that will help you build your business and also allow you to live the life of your dreams. It's a process and you need to cover all four areas to sustain the success you build.

1. Introspection: Who are you? What do you want in your life? What will make you change?

2. Out-Picturing: What is your passion? How are you going to design and create the life of your dreams? What will the business be that funds all this?

3. Sales and Communication Skills: How are you going to speak to your target market about what you've created? What kind of branding,marketing materials, sales copy, talks, presentations are you going to create to bring in new clients? What is going to be the foundation of how you speak your business in the world? How will you learn to effectively communicate with your clients?

4. Putting It All Together and Growing: Where will you get the tools, strategies,and training to continuously take your business and your life to the next level?

One of the upsides of being in Florida is the relaxing atmosphere you get. The warm climate feels good to the skin, especially if you're from one of the colder states (just don't forget sunblock!). European River Travel: Where To Go?

Hidden in the foliage of mounds and mounds of paperwork lies a number of clauses designed to tear you apart. Welcome to the predatory lending jungle. Although there is no legal definition of so-called predatory lending, you need only turn on the financial news or skim the business section of any newspaper to see the far-flung effects of this monumental greed. Moreover, there are some laws in various states that target specific practices often identified as predatory. The loan industry is rife with corruption and the incredible number of foreclosures provides ample evidence.

The definition of predatory lending, according to the Investors Dictionary is, the practice of a lender deceptively convincing borrowers to agree to unfair and abusive loan terms, or systematically violating those terms in ways that make it difficult for the borrower to defend against." There is irrefutable evidence that predatory lenders have targeted, and still target, racial minorities, the undereducated, and the elderly. Although predatory lending is often associated with mortgages, other forms of predatory lending include credit cards, payday loans, and overdraft loans.

What most people don't realize is that predatory lending is often collateralized. In other words, these loans are only given if vehicles or homes are used as collateral. The Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now (ACORN) supplies ample evidence that indeed the loan industry targets poor and minority families. Think predatory lenders work from seedy shack on the outskirts of town? ACORN successfully pressured HSBC Finance and H&R Block into changing some their predatory practices. Its been said the man who comes to repossess your home wears a suit and tie, not a ski mask.

To be fair, there is a number of subprime lending (the nice way of saying predatory) defenders. The National Home Equity Mortgage Association (NHEMA) claims the practice of lending high-risk loans is essential for some families that would normally have no chance of owning a home or own a car. They claim the laws targeted at predatory practices actually restrict the ability of low-income families to move to safer or more profitable neighborhoods.

Nevertheless, the evidence is overwhelming that indeed minorities were targeted by the loan industry. ACORN maintains African Americans and other minorities were, and still are, disproportionately targeted. They are burdened with significantly higher interest rates than their white counterparts, even when median income levels were comparable. The ramifications of predatory lending are families that are straddled with tremendous interest rates and significant debt. The end result seems to be foreclosure. Pursuing debt settlement and mortgage refinancing are viable defenses against the predators. - 20897

1. White heads and Black heads also known in medical terms as Comedones that are produced when the hair follicle openings become blocked with the oil and dead skin cells. Plus in some cases there may well be bacteria encased in these blocked openings also.

2. The next form of acne that some people suffer from is known as Papules and which will often appear on the skin as little raised bumps. These are often formed around the hair follicles on the skin, which have become infected and inflamed and will not only be tender to touch by red in color.

3. Pustules are similar in shape and size to papules but along with being red and tender to touch they will contain a white area at the tip, which is made up of pus. It is this which if allowed to escape can cause the acne to occur else where on the body.

4. Nodules are much larger and solid lumps that are found beneath the surface of the skin and are very painful. These are actually caused because the oil has been able to build up deep inside the hair follicle.

5. The final form of acne that some people may well suffer from and which is the worse of all the symptoms is the Cysts. These just like the Nodules are large and painful but contain large amounts of pus (containing bacteria) as well. If left untreated then these can cause further permanent damage (scarring) to that person's skin.

If you choose to leave the acne untreated this can not only lead to further outbreaks, but may well also lead to more serious damage to your skin as well. If at any time you notice you are suffering from certain acne signs and symptoms then it is advisable to seek medical assistance as soon as you can. A doctor may well find that there is some other underlying cause for your problem and this will also need to be treated along with the acne. - 20897

The Coin Toss: Why You Can't Decide and What It's Costing You

In life you have to be decisive. There are consequences no matter what you choose and I hope you realize that even telling yourself you're not going to make a decision is a decision that has it's own consequences. Sometimes you don't know what the ramifications of your action or inaction until you get down the road a ways and can look back while in others situations it is immediately clear.

There were 2 scenes in the movie "No Country for Old Men" that illustrated 2 different outcomes, but not so different in the way they played out. The problem with both of the 'victims' in these scenes is that neither one of them wanted to make a decision. One victim didn't decide and her fate was different than the guy who after much threatening was bullied into making a decision that saved his life.

In the first scene the killer, who immediately makes the man nervous, starts asking him simple questions that make him so nervous he wants to close up and run away. Then the killer asks the man to call the toss of the coin at one point in their conversation and the guy is so reluctant to call the coin toss because he needs to know first what he stands to win. You'll see where it goes from there.

The 2nd scene is with a woman. She tells him he has no cause to harm her. Given the same option of calling the coin, she refuses because she knows what's going to happen. If she would have made a decision do you think the outcome may have been different?

That's what it looks like to live from a place of fear.

I can guarantee you that a person who has achieved great success in life or amassed great wealth would have responded quickly. Why? Because they are aware of their surroundings. They pay attention to all the verbal and non-verbal cues when they are having a conversation and they would have made a decision about this stranger who was confronting them with this choice before he ever asked the question.

They also trust their gut, their intuition, their higher self, whatever you want to call paying attention to the Universe.

Part of being an intelligent risk taker is learning to be flexible, resourceful and resilient. To achieve a breakthrough to free yourself from the locks that have up until this point prevented you from reaching the level of success you'd like to have in your life you'll need to learn how to do what super successful people do. They respond creatively and imaginatively by seeing the big picture.

There's no guarantee that every decision you make will be the right one, but your judgment gets better with practice and so do your odds of making good decisions for yourself. Successful are also able to bounce back from resistance rather than be broken by it. They think outside the box by being flexible enough to look at other perspectives and options.

Greatness comes from continuing through to the finish in the face of resistance. Flexibility gives you the power to return to your center.

Now you have a plan of action for how you'll handle it if the worst happens, which it rarely does. But the good part is, now you don't have to worry about 'what if" anymore because you have a plan. The crack investigative team at the Boston Globe found that Blue Cross pays about 30% more to Partners Healthcare hospitals than it pays to hospitals not owned by Partners. Nine years after the scheme was hatched, BCBS, the state's largest insurance carrier pays $2 billion annually to Partners Healthcare, the state's largest provider of health care.

There are two ways in which computer graphics can be generated on a computer: as vectors or as bitmaps. Bitmapped images consist of a series of tiny squares called pixels, while vector graphics are essentially instructions to a computer to create a series of geometrical shapes each with a given set of attributes. Bitmaps are typical continuous tone images such as photographs. Vectors are typical flat artwork designs such as logos, charts, symbols and illustrations.

Vector graphics can be generated in a number of programs. Firstly, there are the specialist drawing programs like AutoCad. Then there are general purpose drawing tools such as Adobe Illustrator and CorelDRAW. And, finally, there are any number of regular programs which inlude a set of drawing tools. This last category includes all the various programs in Microsoft Office.

Since vector images are essential mathematical formulae, the quality of these images is not fixed but, rather, depends on the environment in which the drawing is created. If a vector graphic is displayed on the screen, it will be rendered at screen resolution; if it is printed on a high resolution printer, it will be printed at high resolution; and so on.

In contrast to vector graphics, bitmapped images are typically acquired rather than created from scratch. Photos are often loaded onto a computer from a digital camera or from a scanner. As far as manipulating bitmapped images, the most widely used software has got to be Adobe Photoshop. This powerhouse program is available in a few different flavours such as Photoshop Elements as well as the main program: Photoshop CS4. Other bitmap editing programs include Corel PHOTO-PAINT and Paint Shop Pro.

One important difference between the two types of image is that the quality of bitmapped images is determined when the image is acquired: when the photograph is taken or when the print is scanned. For instance, I'm shocked at the list of horrible side effects people are willing to endure to get a quick fix for one thing or another from a pill they can pop instead of changing a habit.

The simple fact is there is no magic bullet, but there are some core principles that if implemented fully into your life will make you feel like you do have that magic bullet.

It's become a part of our society to treat the symptoms and never even take the time to uncover the cause, much less take responsibility for it or do anything constructive to change it.

In a real sense it's true of weight problems, health issues, issues in personal relationships, addictions, money issues, lifestyle issues and certainly with business.

In business the quick fix is king. Why do you think the get rich quick pitch is perennially one of the biggest money makers for marketers, followed closely by the next tricked out tool that will, of course, make you rich right now?

I'm sure if you've been in business for any length of time you've heard someone say, "Sell them what they want, not what they need."

Even seemingly intelligent people who know the quick fix isn't going to happen will still buy it just in case this one is the real deal. I know I've done it. It's human nature to not want to miss out on the next big thing.

But when you look inside yourself and take a deep breath and get centered and listen to your inner voice, you know none of it is true. The truth is, it all begins and ends with you.

So where do you start if you are ready to take responsibility for your life and create your future?

What thoughts pop into your mind?

What kind of pictures show up in your head?

These are all indications of where you instinctively feel good about where you're at and where you know you need some help. If you pay close attention to your reaction you'll also feel how much resistance you have to doing anything about your current situation in respect to that area of your life.

Isn't it amazing how much information you can find out about yourself from verbalizing and then just being aware of your reaction?

Listen to what you really need and move toward those things first.

This year many thousands of us will be flying off to the four corners of the globe to lie on sun soaked tropical beach, to trek through some of the most beautiful of the world's wilderness areas, to witness some of the wonders of our planet or to merely explore new cultures and countries. However does jet lag have to be an inevitable part of modern long-haul travel?

The answer to this question is very much dependent upon where you are flying from and to. For instance, if you begin your journey in Brisbane, Australia and fly to Sapporo, Japan then you will not experience any jet lag at all because, even though you are traveling thousands of miles, your flight essentially takes you due north so that both your departure point and destination lie in the same time zone. If however you travel from Brisbane to London, England then you will fly east to west over ten time zones and you will undoubtedly suffer from jet lag.

Jet lag is really nothing more than the result of your internal body clock being out of step with local time and, although your body clock can naturally adjust itself to match the local time, any adjustment takes a bit of time.

If you are flying over only two or three time zones then the time difference is small enough that you will probably not notice it greatly and your body clock will adjust itself quite quickly. If however you travel over four or more time zones then the time difference will be significant and your body clock will take longer and longer to adjust as you fly across more and more time zones.

In our previous example of traveling from Australia to London your internal clock will need a few days to adjust itself fully and, while it is doing so, you are very likely to find that you suffer from insomnia, finding it hard to fall asleep at night and to wake up in the morning, feeling tired during the day, possibly experiencing difficulty in eating with nausea, stomach upset, a feeling of dehydration, a headache, and much more.

So just what can be done to tackle the problem of jet lag?

There are several 'traditional' cures for jet lag including diets, formulas, over-the-counter medication, sleeping pills, melatonin and much more and each of these has both its followers and detractors, but do these so-called cures actually work?

The simple answer to this question is no. These so-called cures are not effective and, in many cases, will actually make your jet lag worse.

Treating jet lag is not a question of formulas and pills, but is a matter of devising a plan focusing on your particular travel plans and your lifestyle which helps your body's natural adjustment of its own body clock. This means taking a series of steps before your departure, as well as en-route and after your arrival at your destination. Nowadays art is available in a great many variations. I usually find them all very interesting and sometimes even mind blowing. At times you might not enjoy what you are seeing, but you would still be able to acknowledge the hard work that went into it.

Being a contemporary artist I realise that it gives you the creative license to express your inner emotions. On a bad day my paintings may appear more dramatic. But then I am also able to paint something that will soothe my spirit.

I would say that art is something that is very personal. A work of art that one person loves may have the complete opposite reaction for another. Art is something that is very individual. Thankfully in our modern days there is a such a huge variety of art around that there surely has to be something for everyone. Take Graffiti for example. What one person calls vandalism is anothers work of art.

Just look at pavement artists sketching out their pictures in chalk. This surely is a talent, but one that many passers by can enjoy but yields the artist very little money. Many of us have been to Paris and the Montmartre district where the artists set their easels on the pavements doing quick caricatures much to everyone's amazement and amusement.

Wow! Here we are in 2009 and I'm well on my way with creating more graphic templates for my money making blog! In case you don't know who I am, my name is Albert Hallado and I'm a full time blogger.

One of the main problems that I have received in emails from my subscribers is, "how to stay motivated during tough times". I know during these times of uncertainty it can be tough to think about blogging and making money online. But this is exactly what I did, not more than a year ago.

I have so many of my fellow bloggers and people whom I coach and help everyday, find it difficult to motivate themselves to at least blog once or twice a week. First let me say, I know how you feel. It has been a tough long road to success for me. I've went through my share of being worried, scared and angry about whatever it was at that time. You name the emotion, and I've experienced it during the past year.

Without my family, I wouldn't have enjoyed the success that I now am reaping. I say this not to toot my own horn, but as a voice of encouragement for those who find themselves in a similar position that I was not more than a year ago.

Yes, even now when times are bleak in the world, even with negativity swirling around in every corner this great world, my family and I have managed to develop a simple plan on keeping focus and being consistent by blogging just two times a week.

Look for whatever it is that pushes you everyday, that makes you get out of bed when you don't feel like it, or what causes you to do things that you do everyday, to help motivate yourself in being consistent with your online business.

Channel in on that, and use it for your fire to motivate yourself in life and in becoming a successful online business entrepreneur. Whatever it may be for you, utilize it and let that being your push establishing a consistent plan for your online blogging patterns.

By doing so, it makes creating and developing your blogging efforts all the more satisfying and more fun when the fruits of your labor starts to show. Do you replace just the broken window, risking the danger that the windows may not match, or do you replace all of your homes windows at once, a process that is likely not within your home improvement budget? The good news is that you do not have to choose between these two options. If you can identify the windows manufacturer, you may be able to get an identical replacement, allowing you to replace the broken window without disrupting the overall look of your home, or your carefully balanced budget.

Additionally, many windows have a warranty, and you may not know of this warranty if you did not install the windows on the home. The warranty may also pay for replacement parts, such as broken seals or latches, not just broken glass. Some manufacturers even provide lifetime warranties on their windows, so identifying the manufacturer is essential before you pay out of pocket for a replacement. However, it is not always as easy as you might wish!

Look for Stickers

Newer windows, particularly those with warranties, will have stickers on them. These stickers have model and manufacturers numbers that you can use to identify the manufacturer. If you can locate this sticker, contact a builder or building supply store in your area to see if they can help you identify the manufacturer using the information. Once the smoker has reached that temperature, seat the pork in the smoker fatty side up and smoke until it is good and tender. By placing it fat side up you allow the fat juices a chance to work over and all through the pork. You might need to turn it and swab it every 2 hours or so. Typical smoking time is 70 minutes per pound, or around 8-10 hours. You can tell when your meat is done when it is tender to the fork. You'll need to check the temperature and check for tenderness in the region around and especially under the bone.

Once you have pulled it out, let it stand for approximately thirty minutes then with 2 forks rend the meat apart. Blend with barbeque sauce to taste and you are finished. - 20897

There is nothing especially classy or prestigious about a formal dinner. To be clear, a formal dinner has nothing to do with the corner steak house or the cozy Italian bistro. A formal dinner is a coursed meal with required formal dress, a tuxedo for men and a gown for women. Formal dinners involve reserved seating, proper posture, no elbows on the table, pleasant chitchat and, if you're lucky, Anthony Hopkins in butler attire. Its all very civilized " and all very English, somehow. So how does one enjoy each separate, seemingly never-ending course when you have panoply of utensils to choose from? Welcome to my nightmare.

My loved ones have promised, in the past, to give me a nudge, or even a kick to my shins when I threaten to choose the wrong utensil. How many formal dinners have I attended? Lets just say there are diplomats in my family. Indeed, when Im reaching for the wrong fork or knife, it feels like I may start an international incident. When I have gaffed in the past, I was at once relived to think I might not be invited to a formal dinner again. Alas.

I now present you the rules to a successful formal dinner. The golden rule when it comes to utensil use is this: they're arranged in the order of use. To be true and simple enough rule, but this means you must pay attention to which course is underway. What may throw you is when another guest chooses to pass on a course, which is best done by discretely covering your place setting or waving away the servers. Knives and spoons are typically placed to the right of the place setting, while forks are placed to the left. Glasses, cups, and saucers are placed to the right, above the utensils, but you generally dont need to worry about them as the servers will remove or refill them, as the dinner requires. Another rule to obey, lest your plunge the world into World War Three, is to keep the cutting edge of your knives facing your plate.

Is it permissible to serve yourself from the platters on the table? Pshaw! If there are platters on the table, it isn't a formal dinner! Formal affairs are always served from the kitchen directly. Only the centerpiece and the place settings belong on the table " like I said, that goes for your elbows too. Keep them off the table " if you must balance yourself against the table, only your forearms are acceptable, and only then, occasionally. Otherwise someone might call the paramedics for fear youre having an episode and are in danger of passing out.

As the courses wind down, hey will culminate in dessert and coffee. If youve made it this far, you are doing well " treat yourself to a brief forearm lean. You may have made it through this formal dinner, but bear in mind he placement of utensils and plates and glasses and bowls can all be altered, depending on who is hosting. In some countries, the dinnerware is arranged from left to right, sometimes the forks are placed to he right and the knives to he left.
